Adopt your own useless blob!
I had to put my new little friend here up on this page.
He's so cute and psychedelic, how could I not?
Click on him to see where to get this little pet.

(Disclaimer: Please note that most of the answers to those stupid questions are from 1999 - I have changed things like my age, and etc, but most of the answers have been left alone.)

My own little piece of the wide, wide internet ultraverse. What to tell you all about myself? Well, let's start with the simple stuff.
I am a 32 year old computer technician, web programmer, graphic designer, and a mommy :) that is aspiring one day to do something that will awe the world. How exactly am I going to do that? I have no idea, but I figure one day it will come to me. I am not sure what exactly to say about myself here, but I will do my best.
I am a product of the relationship between a beautiful Taiwanese/Japanese woman and a handsome man who has more cultural background than I know what to do with. Last I remember, there is a mix of Austrian, German, Romanian, Irish, and some sort of Scandanavian blood in there. Who knows what else. They met during the Vietnam war when he was stationed in Taiwan for a time. They fell in love, got married, and here I am. They have been married now for a good 33 years. I love them dearly. They are the best parents a kid could ask for not only because of who they are as people, but also because of the dear brother they gave me as well. My brother is a year and a half younger than I am. He, I am proud to say, is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute with a degree in applied science and electronics engineering. I am very proud of him and he is not only my brother, but one of my best friends.

So, what is it about me that makes me tick? Well, here is a questionaire I gave myself that should give some insight to the in's and out's about my personality and what makes me.....um.....me =). I didn't write the questions mind you, but I think they give a pretty good idea of what I'm about.

Name: Theresa aka Valdorsha aka Triel
Sex: Yup like it alot =D Oh, I mean female... ya know, there's still a pun in there somewhere
Age: 32
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Height: 5'3" (yea I'm short. =P)
Eye Color: dark brown, almost black
Favorite Relatives: my husband, mom, dad, brother, mom-in-law, dad-in-law, and sister-in-law, and my new sister in law (YAY I have 2 sisters!)
What do you remember most about this year: My brother graduating from ITT tech, finding out about EverQuest (if you like computer games and haven't played this one...GO GET IT!) meeting my best friend Stacy, and finding the love of my life, "Porpman".
Memory you miss the most: Not exactly sure how to answer this one, but I think it would be all the memories I never got to make with my dear friend Dale. He died a last year and I found out nearly a month after he passed. I never got to say goodbye, or give him a hug, or hold his hand in the hospital. I miss him.
What do you think of Ouija boards?: LOL! Hmm, I think they are something that shouldn't be played with and people that swear by them need severe psychological help
Guys, with or without hats?: With or without depends on the person. Some guys are hot in a hat and some couldn't pull off the look if their lives depended on it
Girls, with or without nail polish?: Overall, I think it's overrated, but....it depends on my mood and the color. Polish is not only time consuming, but it is also high maintenance to keep it looking nice. I don't wear it everyday, but I polish my nails every so often. The only exception is I always paint my toenails. I think it looks cute =)
Favorite TV shows: I don't watch TV much, but when I do - Star Trek!!, Monty Python's Flying Circus, The Simpsons, Xena (she is my frikken hero man LOL!), Hercules, Jack of All Trades, 70's show, Titus, and Drew Carey
What's on your mouse pad?: At home its a plain grey pad with a gel wrist rest (yea I am on the computer waaay too much for my own good hehe) and at work we are required to use work mousepads, so it has the company logo on it (zzzzzzz....)
Favorite concert(s) you've been to: ZZtop, Santana, Metallica (before they turned greed whore on us), Pantera, Sepultura, Retarded Elf, Type O Negative (omg the lead singer is yummy ::purrrr::)
In the car, AC or open windows?: Open windows preferably. I like fresh air
Do you believe in yourself?: I believe that I have the ability to do anything I put my mind to regardless of the odds. That belief often gets me in trouble though because sometimes that "nothing-is-impossible-if-you-strive-long-and-hard-enough" thinking gets me more involved in situations than I bargained for. LOL!
Favorite board game: Stratego and Chess. I love strategy >:)
Favorite Magazine: Any computer or gaming magazine. Yes, girls like me do actually exist LOL! :) And ugh hell no I don't buy fashion magazines. I see and speak to enough artificial lifeforms on a daily basis - I don't want to see still lifes of them.
Favorite drink: Alcoholic? That would be Bailey's or Amaretto on ice. Dark beer is good too. ::gives praise to Guiness:: Non-alcoholic: Orange juice, strawberry milk, and bottled water
Favorite cigarettes?: Well, this part has changed. It used to be Salem Lights, but seeing as how I am now pregnant with our first child, smoking has done been banned for me.
Favorite sounds?: Thunder storms, the wind blowing through trees, Highland bagpipes, Uillean pipes..the first time I heard my baby's heartbeat.
Favorite smell?: Jasmine (which I wear btw), roses, incense, the earth after a rain, the wild scents of a pine forest. And men in the right cologne aren't bad either
Drinks, with or without ice cubes?: Sometimes. Depends on how thirsty I am
Worst feeling in the world?: I hate feeling helpless. When I know that there is nothing that I can do about a situation it makes me crazy...like the whole world will open up a hole and swallow me because I can't do anything to stop it.
Best feeling in the world?: Happiness, love, confidence, pride...and you know that tingly feeling you get when falling in love? :)
Favorite thing to do on the weekend?: Hehe - sleep! I never sleep enough during my work week
Favorite soundtrack: Lost Boys, Legend, Labyrinth, Spawn, Army of Darkness, Mortal Combat (the first one of course), Braveheart, Ghostbusters, ummm...can't think of any others
Where do you see yourself in 10 years?: I will be a mom with 2 beautiful children with my loving husband and father of my kids, and be working full-time at home with my home business in full swing making millions =D
What's the first thing you thought of when you woke up this morning?: LOL! Hmm... I believe it went something along the lines of, "Do I really have to get up now?"
Do you get motion sickness?: Heck no. I love being swirled and twirled around until I'm so dizzy I can't walk straight LOL! I love amusement parks, can ya tell? :)
Roller coasters - deadly or exciting?: Gimme gimme gimme!! EXCITING!
Pen or Pencil?: For writing, pens so I can see where I messed up and not erase my mistakes. For drawing and sketching, pencil of course :)
How many rings before you answer the phone?: 1 if I can help it.
Future Son names: Quinnian Amadeus, Nathaniel, or Vincent. However, I already know that my first son's name will be Arthur William.
Future Daughter names: I have only thought of one. Morgan Delfina.
Are you a good friend?: I always try to be. Live by the golden rule = Do unto others as you would have them do unto you regardless of whether or not you get the same treatment back.
Chocolate or vanilla cake?: I am partial to vanilla, but chocolate is good too.
Do you like to drive?: Bah, I used to. I like to drive when it's a long road trip, but inner city? Bleh.
Do you sleep with a stuffed animal?: No, though I sometimes miss the raggedy ann doll I used to sleep with as a child.
Thunderstorms - cool or scary?: Cool and exciting. I love watching electricity arc through the sky.
If you could meet one person in the world, who would it be?: Hmm, that is a hard question. There are so many I would love to meet. The one person who sticks out in my mind is my deceased uncle Douglas. He died in Vietnam before I was born. I have been told much about him by my father and my grandmother, but I would love more than anything to be able to sit down with him and get to know him. He was my father's only sibling and I wish I could have had the chance to at least say goodbye.
Boxers or briefs?: Either, but I prefer to wear boxers :)
Do you eat stems of broccoli?: Yup. What a wierd question.....
If you could streak in front of one person's house, who would it be?: Seeing as how I think streaking is an immature and ridiculous act anyhow, the answer would be no one.
Girls - would you ever ask a guy for a shirt?: I never ask. I just kinda end up with em lol :)
If you could have any occupation when you are older, what would it be?: when I grow up I wanna be a cartoon so I can have tea with Yakko, Wakko, and Dot
If you could dye your hair one color, what would it be?: LOL! Well, it's already 2 colors now and they are the one's I have wanted. Black and purple, though the purple is having to wait a bit to get redone (no chemicals on my skin if I can help it while pregnant), so the one side is kind of a reddish light brown.
If you could have a tattoo, what and where would it be?: I want a black, purple, and blue celestial dragon on my back that starts from the nape of my neck and goes down to the top of my butt.
What's your favorite brand of gum?: Dentyne Ice peppermint.
What is your favorite quote?: Hmm, there are a few. I think my favorite is, "By the time a man finally realizes his father was right, he usually has a son who thinks he's wrong."
Have you ever been in love?: Yup. 4 times now.
What's on the wall in your room?: Nothing, nada, zilch. I need posters.
Is the glass half empty or half full?: Half full until I fill it :).
Pick a song that describes yourself or that you can relate to: "Invincible" by Pat Benatar. "We can't afford to be innocent. Stand up and face the enemy. It's a do or die situation. We will be invincible! And with the power of conviction, there is no sacrifice! It's a do or die situation. We will be invincible!"
And also "How Can I Keep From Singing" by Enya. "My life goes on in endless song, above Earth's lamentation. I hear the real, though far off hymn that hails a new creation. Through all the tumult and the strife, I hear its music ringing. It sounds an echo in my soul. How can I keep from singing?" - yes, that is the Gemini duality in my personality - go fig.
Which do you prefer - Cool Ranch or Nacho Cheese?: Blech doritos. Give me Pringles anyday.
What's your favorite flavor Snapple?: I don't drink it. The Pres of the company gives "charity" cash to the KKK. As far as I'm concerned that makes their beverages as tasty as sewer water.
Favorite Movie(s): Ghost Busters, all Star Wars, all the Star Trek movies, Labybrinth, man there are so many...
Which one, Coke or Pepsi?: Yuck brown cola. Mountain Dew!!
Which kind of milk is your favorite?: Doesn't matter much, but I prefer skim.
If you were to kill someone, which method would you use?: I would never kill anyone - I let Kharma take care of that for me. She is much more creative than I could ever be ::evil grin::.
Are you a righty or a lefty or ambidextrous?: Right handed. I can use both hands for somethings, but my brain has issues with me trying that kinda stuff too often..
Do you type with your fingers on the right keys?: Case and point about the ambidextrous thing - I'm a computer tech...I think this is a given. Of course I do.
When you first meet a person of the opposite sex, you first notice their: Stance. The way a person holds themselves tells me alot about their personality.
Have you ever been attacked by a big dog?: When I was a child, I was attacked by a Doberman. It hasn't changed the way I feel about them or any animal though...dogs and all pets generally reflect in their personality how their owner treats them.
Do you ever save your AOL conversations?: AOL?? ACK what a BAD BAD word!!!
Do you eat chicken fingers with a fork?: The idea that chickens even have fingers first of all is just plain scary. =) j/k Sometimes. Depends on how much ketchup I use.
If you could be one gardening tool, which one would you be?: A gardening tool??? Hmm, let's not go there.
What kind of shoe would you be if you had the option to be a shoe?: A shoe????? What crackhead wrote these questions?
If you could do anything to the person you hated the most, what would you do?: I would look them in the eye and let them know what it was they did to hurt me. Then tell that person that I can forgive them, but can they forgive themselves? Other than that, I would "do" very little. Like I said above - Kharma takes good care of me.
Which do you prefer, mud wrestling or Jell-O wrestling?: hehehe MUD! It's much more fun >:)
What's under your bed?: Huge, hairy purple monsters with long nasty claws and big sharp, green teeth that only come out at night. They raid my fridge, eat all the onions (hence the green teeth), and leave a mess all over the kitchen. Then they go through my closets throwing things all over the place, tear up my shoes, leave my video games all over the floor, but the WORST part is they get on my computer and really screw everything up moving files and reading my email. They sign up for all these stupid junk mail accounts that send like 600 emails to all my email addresses making my ISP REALLY mad! Oops sorry...daydreaming again.....
What's the best number in the world?: 42!! Its the Answer! (if you have never read "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy," I strongly recommend it)
What is your dream car?: Black and silver 1973 Corvette Stingray, T-top, 454 big block V8, headers, glasspacks, and 30 inch tires....::shudders:: oh baby that's my car ::drool::
Who is your biggest crush right now?: Don't have one. I have the most perfect husband a woman could ever ask for.
Baby kisses or wet kisses?: From a baby? Or from a potential suitor? Baby kisses are wet anyway so aren't the choices homologous? Personally, I like long, deep, passionate ones :) (no, not from babies you pervs)
If you had all the money in the world but could only use it to buy one thing, what would it be?: Yikes. What would I buy? Just one thing huh? Well, I think what concerns me more than anything else in this world is that there are families that are so poor they can't even afford to buy food and our wonderful (feel the sarcasm please) government just isn't doing a very good job at making sure that people don't starve in this country. I mean come on, this is the United States of America. A world power. Corrupt, but nevertheless THE world power. NO ONE in this nation should ever have to go without being fed. If I had all the money in the world and could spend it on just one thing, I would give it to the people at Feed the Children so that no person, no baby, no child would ever have to worry about going hungry at night. It's not right man. We have a surplus in this country and there is no excuse for it. I don't care if they aren't working or if they shouldn't have had the kids they have - the fact is they are here and no one deserves to go to bed at night wondering whether or not they are going to eat for the next week.
Where the heck do those other names you have come from?: That is a long story. I have decided to dedicate time to making each of them their own pages here on this site to properly explain who they are and why they are such a profound part of my life. Triel's full name is Triel Elvanshalee Kilsek. Valdorsha's is Lady Valdorsha Nadierynae Mortisse. They are rpg characters I created years ago and have just kind of never left my life, strange as that may sound. They represent different aspects of my personality. For those of you that play Dungeons&Dragons, you might recognize the the tongue for which Triel's name originates. She is Drow, the Matron Mother of House Kilsek, and above all a High Priestess of Eilistraee. She is also a fire elementalist. There is a long history to that one that I won't go into here. Valdorsha is from the rpg Vampire: The Masquerade and is a 4th Gen Tremere. She was created with a specific purpose in mind and was supposed to remain more of an NPC but due to certain unavoidable circumstances, she ended up becoming a prime character. There is already a page I made a long time ago (so it's kinda crappy) for her house. Click here to visit the home of House Mortisse. It's not much, but it gives a little information about her. I will go into more detail about each of these characters in the pages I will add here.
Are you taken?: Yes, I am very married.
Describe your ideal dream man.: My ideal dream man? Hmm let's see... Tall, dark, and handsome (you said "ideal") with a good sense of humor and a keen wit. (He's gotta be able to keep up with me after all =D) Intelligent and stubborn with a well defined ego (asking for trouble aren't I? LoL!) His interests must be somewhat similar to mine. I believe that opposites attract, but they don't stay together long. We need to have something in common. He also needs to be somewhat down to earth. I don't mind dreamers, but ya gotta know the difference between reality and fantasy sometimes. Most importantly, he needs to have a good set of morals and values where family are concerned. He needs to understand what the "M" word really means and what kind of sacrifices come with that kind of commitment. I think that is enough. Like I said, I am taken already. It will be the last time I ever get married again. My first marriage and divorce nearly broke me in every way possible. I will never divorce again, but if my husband leaves me, that's it. No more. Ever again.
Jeans or dresses?: It depends on my mood. Most of the time, I am a jeans and shirt kind of gal. It's just easier to get around and do things without having all that material there to get caught on something. Dresses and skirts get in the way, but as you can see from the pictures in my photoshoot I do wear them from time to time. When I do wear them though, I prefer either long and flowy, or tight and skin hugging (skirts anyway).
Do you watch Japanime?: Yup I do. Some of my favorites are Vampire Princess Miyu, Ninja Scroll, Evangelion, Vampire Hunter D, and Gundham Wing. I don't get to watch it much as I watch videos even less often than I watch TV.
If you were an animal, what would you be?: My spirit animal (long story) which is a jaguar. Strong, swift, cunning, there are so many things about the animal that fascinates me. I have often dreamt that I was a jaguar running through the streets of the city trying to find a way out. That usually means it's time for me to get my gear, head out to the woods, and go camping for a good few days.
Favorite kind of music?: Well, I don't really have one. I can stand to listen to just about anything as long as it is NOT country, rap, or elevator music. I am partial to metal, rock, classical, new age, and some industrial techno. I also love miscellaneous cultural music - oriental, latin, african...you name it I will probably dance to it LoL! :)
What is with the 2 symbols up at the top of this page?: Never looked at zodiac before huh? :) Ok, the first one is the sign of Taurus, the second is the sign of Gemini. The reason why they are there is because my birthday falls on the last day of Taurus and the first day of Gemini so, lucky me, I get personality traits from both signs. This is known as a "cusp". The qualities and whatnot of both signs really, really show up in my personality quite a bit. Just ask my husband - I am as duel minded and stubborn as they come with one hell of a conflicting, take-charge kind of attitude. Top that off with the fact that I was born in the year of the Ox (Chinese Zodiac) doubling the size of my horns - let's just say it's a good thing my hubbie is the 6'6" 300# that he is. It takes someone that overpowering to keep me in check. =D My mom has always told me I am as stubborn as a mule. Well, now the world knows why. LOL!
Why do you care if people send you mail?: good question. I won't go into the rest of this email - why this person wrote, I don't know. But to answer a couple questions: 1) I don't care if they do or don't. 2) This isn't for anyone else's benefit except the people who asked me why I didn't have a personal webpage up and wanted to see one. It's a fun page for me to keep up. It's not spectacular. I don't have to go all out on graphics, design, scripts, etc. I have found this page to actually be relaxing in comparison to the sites that I get paid for making. This is a place for friends, visitors, etc who want to know more about me. That's it. By the way, thank you for the email. :) Once I got past all the profanity and mindless jargon, there were actually 2 halfway intelligent questions in the letter.

Well, there you have it. If anyone has any other questions they would like to ask and see posted up here, feel free to email me anytime. Just remember, I WILL post the question and answer here on this page, so if you don't want it up here, say so. I will always try to answer them as truthfully as possible. There is no guarantee that the answer will make sense or have any semblence of sanity. I now return you to your regularly scheduled program.....
